Spiritual Growth
Increase the percentage of church members spending time in daily Bible study and prayer to 100 percent.

Community Involvement
Increase the percentage of church members involved in community service to at least 60 percent.

Personal Witness
Challenge every Mountainside member to reach at least one person for Jesus and bring them into fellowship with God’s family by the end of the year.

City Outreach
Building our membership drive to plant and establish a new congregations or Mission by the end of 2008.

Church Planting
Plant and nurture 200 new members in unentered areas while also providing proper nurture for the Mountainside congregations between 2008 and 2009.

Evangelistic Programming
Involve every church member in at least one annual evangelistic event resulting in 50 or more than 50 new baptisms and discipleship programs, including youth evangelistic series.

Media Ministry
Creatively use technology and communication channels —radio, television, the internet, publications—to reach every person in the world with the gospel message.
